Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at West Bridge, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough intake assessments, including gathering relevant patient history, administering screening tools, and outlining initial treatment recommendations.

• Providing individual, group, and family counseling sessions, focusing on your chosen specializations and the varied needs of our diverse client base.

• Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training sessions, workshops, and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and keep updated with best practices.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona; associate-level licenses will not be accepted.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.

• At least two years of clinical experience in outpatient settings or community mental health contexts, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
