Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy during sessions.

• Deliver engaging therapeutic sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, while adapting strategies to ensure the best outcomes.

• Document clinical notes meticulously and maintain accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide well-rounded, holistic care that meets the diverse needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily consist of individuals and families who face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. This includes those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other significant mental health challenges. A strong emphasis is placed on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where all clients feel valued and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with diverse populations.
