Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to diverse populations including individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, while upholding the confidentiality of client information.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care, sharing insights and strategies during team meetings and case discussions.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of experience in a counseling setting, preferably in clinical contexts.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a generous bonus structure.
