Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, helping them achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for varying groups, including individuals, couples, and families, using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and developing coordinated care plans that support client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including workshops and training, to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals and families who often face challenges in accessing mental health care. This includes clients experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Understanding each patient’s unique background and circumstances is critical to providing personalized and effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong familiarity with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
