Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor within our outpatient treatment center, your core responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions that provide a platform for clients to share their experiences, connect with one another, and engage in healing dialogues.

• Individual Therapy: Offer tailored counseling sessions where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, developing coping strategies and actionable plans to address their unique challenges.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, preferences, and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Employ various assessment tools and feedback methodologies to track and evaluate clients’ progress toward their goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
