Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bright View, you will immerse yourself in various impactful activities, including:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct structured group therapy sessions that foster a safe environment for young adults to share their emotional journeys, exchange support, and build a peer network.

• Providing Individual Counseling: Engage in individual therapy, addressing each client’s unique thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Utilize client-centered techniques to develop personalized coping strategies and actionable plans based on their specific goals.

• Collaborating on Treatment Planning: Work closely with clients to draft individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans. Your expertise will guide clients in their journey toward mental wellness and recovery.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Employ various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate each client's progress, ensuring treatment outcomes align with their goals. Your insights will be crucial in adapting treatment plans as needed.

• Team Collaboration: Function as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care, sharing insights, and discussing complex cases to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often experiences significant emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, and interpersonal issues. You will play a pivotal role in fostering hope and healing, helping to guide them towards productive and fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree: A completed master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Licensure: Must possess a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.

• Experience: A background in counseling young adults is preferred, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, specifically in mental health treatment settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
