Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on client assessments and goals, ensuring a structured approach to their mental health journey.

• Employ various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to help clients navigate their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
