Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health, emotional needs, and complete lifestyle factors that may contribute to their challenges.

• Formulate, implement, and oversee personalized treatment plans, adjusting them as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain detailed records of session notes, treatment progress, and documentation necessary for licensing and compliance with state regulations.

• Regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

• Uphold the utmost confidentiality of client information, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be working with a diverse adult and adolescent population facing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and trauma. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, requiring counselors who are culturally competent and sensitive to different perspectives and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
