Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work setting while still providing essential outpatient services to our clients. You will engage in one-on-one, group, and family therapy sessions through telemedicine, making quality mental healthcare accessible no matter where you or your clients are located. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans that address each client's unique challenges and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements while protecting client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to remain current with best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families, facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and their needs range from immediate crisis intervention to long-term therapeutic strategies, requiring a compassionate yet effective therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, in addition to performance bonuses and a generous sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
