Our full-time counselors typically work Monday to Friday, while part-time schedules can be tailored to accommodate individual preferences, with no weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions that address the diverse challenges faced by clients.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, groups, and families, ensuring a supportive and empathetic environment conducive to healing.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and best practices to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation to meet legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n
