Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct regular client sessions to assess progress, address ongoing challenges, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes with accuracy and timeliness to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Stay informed about clinical practices, new therapeutic techniques, and adherence to ethical standards in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing therapy in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Strong proficiency in using computer software and systems for documentation and communication, including excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and therapeutic platforms such as PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and family units.

• Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based practices that enhance patient wellness.

• Demonstrated ability and comfort in utilizing teletherapy platforms and technology for virtual counseling solutions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
