Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment strategies for clients.

• Facilitate various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide counseling services to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring best practices in documentation and client management.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic care, participating in case discussions and contributing to comprehensive treatment planning.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
