Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and devise individualized treatment plans based on those evaluations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Engage in regular case reviews with clients to assess progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and transparency in client interactions.

You will be working with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, families, and groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum of three years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting, is required.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in clinical practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Meadville Behavioral Health, we value our professionals, offering a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
