This is a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility and a conducive work-life balance. Although working from home, you will have access to a collaborative team atmosphere, engaging in regular virtual meetings and discussions with fellow clinicians and support staff. You will receive guidance from the Assistant Director, who will provide mentorship as you navigate the complexities of client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessment: Conduct initial assessments with clients to understand their personal goals, preferences, and challenges before developing individualized rehabilitation plans.

• Care Plan Development: Create and regularly adjust personalized rehabilitation plans based on clients' education levels, aptitudes, and physical capabilities, ensuring alignment with their future employment aspirations.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a wide range of professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to implement client-focused rehabilitation programs that cater to specific needs.

• Record-Keeping: Maintain thorough and accurate case files documenting all client interactions, services provided, and client progress, in compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate client progress towards their goals and adapt plans as necessary, ensuring effective client outcomes.
\n
• Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients participating in job training and placement programs, proactively addressing any challenges that arise during their journeys.

• Family Involvement: Engage clients' families to identify supportive measures that can enhance the effectiveness of care provided.

• Resource Referrals: Analyze client needs and make informed recommendations for additional resources or services that may benefit their recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients experiencing mental health and mood disorders, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological issues. Our focus is on a personalized approach to care, catering to diverse backgrounds, ages, and experiences. Your work will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their unique circumstances while achieving meaningful progress in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Requirement: A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is mandatory.

• Licensure: Active LPC licensure is required to practice in the state of Texas.

• Clinical Experience: Prior experience working with clients experiencing mental health or mood disorders in either residential or outpatient settings is essential.

• Therapeutic Proficiency: Familiarity with motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
