Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various groups, individuals, couples, and families, focusing on fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address mental health concerns effectively.

• Collaborate closely with other health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create an integrated care plan that addresses all aspects of a client’s health.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including workshops and training, to remain current with advancements in mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Our clinic serves clients from varying backgrounds and demographics, providing you with an enriching and varied clinical experience. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
