This full-time position allows you to work remotely, delivering both telehealth services and in-person sessions from our Lubbock, Texas location. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' histories and identify appropriate treatment plans.
\n
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience building.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
\n
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions to aid patients in processing trauma, developing coping strategies, and promoting holistic healing.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care tailored to patient needs.
\n
• Offering crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and compassionate response.
\n
• Educating patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintaining confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring accurate documentation.

• Participating in case consultations, professional development activities, and team meetings focused on best practices in trauma-informed care.

• Staying current with the latest research and methodologies in trauma therapy to continuously improve patient outcomes.

Your clients will include individuals from diverse backgrounds facing various challenges related to trauma. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a LPC in the state of Texas.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide:
