Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor within our teen and young adult outpatient treatment center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging and supportive group therapy sessions where clients can share their experiences, learn from one another, and build a sense of community.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide tailored counseling sessions that explore the emotional and psychological needs of clients, helping them develop personalized coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create goal-oriented treatment plans that are responsive to their specific needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and document clients' progress through various feedback methods and assessment tools, ensuring each individual receives the appropriate level of care.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, discussing challenges and consulting on complex cases to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults between the ages of 18 to 30, many of whom may be experiencing significant life transitions or issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:
