Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy—to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and follow ethical guidelines to ensure compliance with state regulations.

• Engage in ongoing communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients.
\n
• Participate in regular professional development workshops and seminars to stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve serving a diverse range of clients from different age groups and backgrounds, focusing on those with limited access to mental health care. You will address various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, ensuring each client feels supported throughout their journey towards improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, demonstrating proficiency in delivering mental health care.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
