Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Engage in regular supervision and case discussions with your team members to optimize client outcomes and share insights.

• Maintain detailed clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.

• Participate in continuing education workshops and trainings to remain at the forefront of mental health practices and research developments.

Your primary focus will be on providing services to underserved populations, including families and individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting.

• Demonstrated ability to foster rapport with diverse clients through effective interpersonal and communication skills.
