Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments to develop tailored therapy plans for individuals and groups.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, adapting approaches based on client needs.

• Engage in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on coordinated care strategies.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical records in compliance with industry regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are met.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, such as workshops and training sessions, to remain informed on advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will significantly impact diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who often face challenges related to trauma, depression, anxiety, substance misuse, and relational issues. You will play a key role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, equipping them with tools and strategies to foster resilience and positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
