Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapeutic strategies that address individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy settings, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up to date and reflective of client progress.

• Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive and seamless care for clients.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development workshops to remain informed of the latest advancements in mental health research and practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each presenting unique mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a counseling position, particularly within a clinical setting.

• Strong foundational knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
