Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics throughout the therapeutic process.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, explore stability, and address upcoming treatment goals or discharge readiness.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinical standards.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments for new clients to determine appropriate treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional supervision and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.

• Maintain a growth mindset, remaining open to feedback and continuously seeking self-improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on serving a youth-centered population within the clinic. As an LPC, you will work closely with adolescents and young adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Compensation and Benefits\n
