You will operate within a supportive and flexible remote work setting. Our outpatient office model allows for a combination of telemedicine and in-person sessions, providing adaptability to meet the varied needs of our clients. Our commitment to work-life balance means we prioritize your well-being, ensuring no weekend work is required, with full-time hours structured from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and part-time opportunities available from Monday to Saturday based on team needs and personal schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement customized therapeutic strategies for clients, focusing on their unique needs through comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing established evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, client-centered care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals coping with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will work with diverse groups, offering tailored therapeutic interventions that are culturally competent and sensitive to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
