Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues and guide treatment approaches.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy with individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and integrated care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay informed about the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who are facing a variety of mental health challenges, often with limited resources to access traditional therapy. You will be instrumental in providing them with the skills and tools necessary to overcome obstacles and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, with a strong background in clinical settings preferred.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other relevant healthcare technologies.

Preferred Experience\n
