Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate Group Therapy Sessions: Conduct engaging and supportive group sessions that encourage participants to share their experiences, foster connections, and learn from each other. Develop group activities that address common themes related to mental health challenges faced by young adults.

• Deliver Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling sessions where you will support clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Utilize empathetic listening techniques and therapeutic interventions to aid in their development of coping strategies and actionable plans for progress.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and reflective of their unique needs and aspirations. Tailor interventions to align with their personal circumstances while ensuring that they remain engaged in their treatment process.

• Monitor Client Progress: Employ various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track client progress over time. Analyze outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness and support client recovery.

• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and share insights about client cases. Consult with peers and incorporate their feedback to optimize treatment approaches, especially for complex situations.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Requirement: Must possess a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Clinical Expertise: Strong proficiency in therapeutic methodologies, including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) as well as documentation practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
