Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the psychological, emotional, and social needs of clients, ensuring treatment plans are tailored to individual circumstances.

• Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors, healthcare colleagues, family members, and other stakeholders to discuss client progress and treatment adjustments.

• Organize and schedule appointments, home visits, and continuous evaluations to effectively monitor clients' advancement in therapy.
\n
• Coordinate home-based observations and interventions, and accurately document findings to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams by contributing to meetings that align care strategies with client objectives.
\n
• Document and complete monthly and quarterly progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards, facilitating compliance and quality assurance.
\n
• Design and implement training for staff and team members, ensuring competency in program plans and documentation protocols.
\n
• Provide follow-up assessments and support to ensure clients receive the necessary care as they progress.
\n
• Act as a liaison within the community and with public mental health organizations to promote understanding and collaboration in therapeutic initiatives.

• Assist in the development of training materials and procedural enhancements to optimize programs and therapeutic outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults and youth facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will guide clients through their struggles related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse, ensuring they receive the compassionate care they need to thrive. Taking a holistic approach to therapy, you will assess each individual's situation to provide relevant therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, with a strong preference for clinical experience.

• Specialization or experience in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse will be considered an asset.

• Comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession.

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technologies.
