Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies to clients, conducting thorough assessments to identify their unique needs and treatment goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a generous performance-based bonus structure.
