Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to determine treatment needs and devise individualized therapy plans.

  Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions to help clients address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

  Maintain regular follow-up sessions to monitor client progress, adjust treatment methodologies, and provide ongoing support and encouragement.

  Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when necessary, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from a wide array of backgrounds and life experiences. You can expect to work with individuals confronting various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorders, and relational issues. Your ability to connect empathetically and foster trust with clients will be critical in guiding them through their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

  A master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

  Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise, alongside a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
