Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate the mental health status and needs of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique challenges, goals, and preferences.

• Provide ongoing supportive counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Nurture Mind and Soul, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your ability to provide culturally-sensitive care will be essential in fostering trust and rapport.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
