Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, couples, and groups, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

• Document clinical interactions thoroughly and accurately, adhering to legal standards and ethical practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care for every client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPCs serve a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The center is particularly dedicated to assisting those with limited access to mental health services, providing culturally competent and sensitive care to meet the varied needs of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Possession of valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in providing tailored therapeutic strategies.
\n
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in the mental health field.
\n
• Exceptional skills in interpersonal communication, capable of building rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

• Competence in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technologies to manage patient documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed practices, or substance use counseling is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
