This position is primarily remote, offering a flexible schedule that enhances work-life balance for our counselors. Although the role is predominantly virtual, we also utilize an outpatient office setting when necessary for in-person evaluations or client meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances, ensuring thorough assessments and evaluations are conducted.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse array of clients including individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a comprehensive approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance the therapeutic process.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training through workshops and seminars that address the latest advancements in mental health treatment and interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of contemporary legal and ethical standards within the field of mental health.
