Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to establish effective, individualized therapy strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver therapy sessions for various forms of treatment, including individual, family, and group therapies, thereby enhancing emotional resilience and well-being.

Your work primarily involves supporting diverse patient populations, particularly those with limited access to mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
