Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address clients’ unique needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting your approach to suit diverse clients.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of clinical progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to ensure holistic client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, such as workshops and training sessions, to stay updated on mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our center specifically serves individuals and families who may have limited access to traditional mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment, with demonstrated ability in therapeutic practices.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, necessary for establishing rapport and providing effective therapy.

• Proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to manage client information and documentation.
