Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building strong, supportive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients, reviewing their progress, stability, and planning for future appointments or discharge when applicable.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals and needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes for all clients, in accordance with clinical guidelines.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather vital information and establish therapeutic relationships with new clients.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and modalities appropriate to the client’s needs.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive support from experienced colleagues.

• Engage collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and coordinating care efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a varied client population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in using technology, including RMS systems, Outlook, and basic spreadsheet applications for documentation and scheduling.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services and conducting intake assessments with individuals and families.
