Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing trusting relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries in all interactions.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress and stability, planning upcoming appointments and facilitating discharges as necessary.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized person-centered treatment plans tailored to align with client needs and desired outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client in compliance with all regulations.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to accurately understand each client's unique circumstances and challenges.

• Provide weekly individual therapy sessions, focusing on effective therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions, utilizing feedback to enhance skills and ensure high-quality care is maintained.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure an interdisciplinary approach that benefits clients holistically.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a broad patient population, including adults and children facing various mental health challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, among others. Understanding the unique relational dynamics and life circumstances of each client is crucial in creating effective treatment plans that promote healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Tennessee.

• Minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in using various computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families, adapting approaches as needed.

• Comfort and competency in executing intake assessments and developing treatment plans accordingly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our Licensed Professional Counselors can earn a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and performance. We utilize a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates that are paid ahead of collections, eliminating the wait for reimbursements.
