Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients grappling with severe emotional disorders and other mental health challenges.

• Participate in on-call crisis intervention, providing immediate support to clients in acute distress.

• Prepare and maintain detailed client records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is focused on serving individuals from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing symptoms related to major mental illnesses, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The clientele may also include marginalized groups who face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services, thus requiring a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach in care provision.

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
