Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your extensive education and clinical training to independently assess and diagnose psychosocial issues in patients.

• Collaboratively create individualized, patient-centered treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patients’ specific needs, which may include techniques such as motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, and solution-focused therapy.

• Coordinate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and primary care providers, fostering a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Systematically track and evaluate patients' progress toward treatment goals, conducting regular follow-ups both in-person and virtually.

• Monitor and support patients undergoing psychotropic medication management, ensuring adherence and addressing any side effects or concerns that may arise.

Qualifications\n
