Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and professional experience to independently formulate psychosocial diagnoses for patients, ensuring personalized care.

• Collaborate with patients to create comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans, focusing on their unique circumstances and goals.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, employing techniques such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to enhance patient outcomes.

• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, including other clinicians, psychologists, and primary care providers, to foster an integrated, holistic approach to patient care.

• Monitor treatment progress systematically, adapting strategies as necessary to meet treatment objectives, and providing follow-up support either in person or virtually.

• Assist in managing psychotropic medications prescribed by medical professionals, focusing on adherence to treatment protocols, monitoring side effects, and evaluating treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n
