Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your educational background and professional training to independently assess and diagnose patients’ psychosocial conditions.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation therapy, and motivational interviewing, tailored to the specific concerns and history of each patient.

• Maintain effective communication with other health providers within Walmart Health & Wellness and primary care teams to promote a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

• Regularly monitor patient progress towards treatment goals through both virtual check-ins and in-person sessions when necessary.

• Support and record psychotropic medication management as prescribed, ensuring medication adherence while closely monitoring for side effects and treatment efficiency.

• Engage in continuous reflection and adaptation of treatment methods based on tracking outcomes and patient feedback.

Compensation and Benefits\n
