Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and therapeutic interventions designed to facilitate client growth.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups tailored to clients’ varying needs.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to assist clients during critical moments.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
