Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing specific goals and evidence-based interventions aimed at promoting client well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated care plan.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessment and comprehensive safety planning, to support clients in urgent situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client interactions and treatment plans are documented appropriately.
