Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with educational staff, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to design and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at specific mental health goals.

• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops and support groups that provide clients and their families with essential coping strategies and resources.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessment and safety planning when necessary, to ensure clients feel safe and supported.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role includes working with a diverse student population within a school environment. You will be instrumental in supporting students facing a variety of challenges, including emotional difficulties, behavioral issues, and social adjustment problems. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
