Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop a comprehensive view of their strengths and resources.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy using various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' goals, incorporating ongoing assessments and adjustments based on their progress.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic treatment for each client.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducational classes that promote mental health literacy and coping strategies.

• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments to create effective safety plans for clients in acute distress.

You will work with a diverse client base encompassing individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and grief. Special emphasis is placed on supporting individuals within the hospice system, where understanding emotional and psychological impacts of terminal illnesses is crucial for both patients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient or similar setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with an attractive sign-on bonus.
