Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms affecting clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring adherence to best practice standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $115,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
