This position is entirely remote, allowing clinicians the freedom to work from their home or another comfortable space within California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients through secure video conferencing, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to establish rapport and develop personalized treatment plans, accurately tracking clinical progress throughout the therapeutic process.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other specialized techniques pertinent to client challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all notes are compliant with state regulations.

• Collaborate with colleagues during optional peer consultations and participate in ongoing training programs, enhancing both professional development and team dynamics.
\n
• Coordinate care with external providers when necessary and uphold ethical standards set forth by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including marginalized communities and specific populations such as LGBTQIA+ individuals, BIPOC communities, neurodiverse clients, and young adults. Each session will focus on fostering an inclusive environment where clients can openly explore their mental health needs and work towards meaningful personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• An active LCSW license in California and permanent residency within the state.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
\n
• A minimum of two years of relevant post-licensure clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
