Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health and substance use histories to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to guide clients towards recovery.

• Work closely with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on their progress and feedback.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing barriers to in-person appointments or who prefer virtual care.

• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of client interactions, therapeutic plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training sessions and workshops, to remain informed about the latest methodologies and best practices in clinical social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on clients who are undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation without any disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
