Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients through clinical interviews and standardized tools, ensuring an accurate diagnosis where necessary using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop and implement individualized comprehensive treatment plans that consider cultural diversity, special needs, and desired patient outcomes.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, providing effective interventions and strategies to support their mental health journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental practices.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to facilitate a supportive, exhaustive treatment plan tailored to specific patient needs.

• Coordinate referrals and establish effective partnerships with community resources and other clinicians to enhance the continuity of care.

• Provide education and mentoring to students, interns, volunteers, and other team members, fostering an educational environment.

• Engage in peer-to-peer reviews and clinical collaboration under the guidance of your clinical supervisor to promote team and personal development.

This position will primarily focus on patients in a detox environment, who may be experiencing acute substance use issues alongside co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate institution, along with a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical social work or therapy experience, with a focus on mental health and substance use populations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities and therapies tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
