Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still making a significant impact on the lives of many. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other licensed social workers, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care for our clients. Although remote, you will participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss treatment plans and updates.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering vital information regarding clients' histories, needs, and goals to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Offer crisis intervention services, assessing risks effectively, and formulating safety plans to address immediate client needs.
\n
• Facilitate both psychoeducation classes and support groups that empower clients through education about coping strategies and recovery processes.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and clinical notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing a range of mental health issues exacerbated by substance use disorders. Our client population includes adults from diverse backgrounds, each with unique histories and needs, who seek support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more related to their journey in recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches relevant to mental health and substance use.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
