Work Environment\n

This full-time position is designed to be hybrid remote, allowing you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life while providing direct care to clients. You will operate out of a specialized detox center that prioritizes a supportive and nurturing environment, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of assistance, whether remotely or during in-person sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough individual counseling sessions using secure video chat technology, tailoring your approach to meet the distinctive needs of each client.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, effectively utilizing standardized tools and methodologies for accurate diagnoses.

• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the client, their families, and a multidisciplinary team, incorporating necessary therapies and interventions.

• Provide advocacy and support, assisting clients in establishing realistic goals related to their recovery and personal development.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records using our digital case management system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and organizational protocols.

• Engage in regular case reviews and team meetings to discuss treatment progress and adjust plans as needed for optimal client outcomes.

Your work will center around adults who are in various stages of recovery from substance use disorders, often dealing with complex mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of California, with no pending disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
