Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health and substance use issues, developing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically adapted for substance use recovery.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure cohesive care and support for patients, participating in regular team meetings to discuss progress and treatment adjustments.

• Maintain comprehensive and compliant clinical records in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accurate documentation of patient interactions and care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package, with full-time salaries ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, and part-time positions offering USD 60,000 to 70,000 annually.
